~Yoga for Youth~

for ages 11 yrs - 13yrs
Drop-off class


Our classes for older kids focus on the many issues that teens and tweens face in their lives. These kids' innate agility allows us to practice a deeper level of yoga. This class helps to promote self confidence, self-worth and a positive body image, while providing stress management techniques to ward off teen depression and help kids survive the teen years. Special activities such as journaling, aromatherapy, meditation and visualization, are practiced in an environment that is conducive to open and candid discussions about the subjects that matter to tweens and teens.

Materials Fee may apply for non-members
